Change the namespace

The namespace should be changed from Tymon to something new.

In my opinion PHPOpenSourceSaver would be a bit long. Probably PHPOSS would be better. Feel free to post your ideas.

@Messhias Can you check https://github.com/PHP-Open-Source-Saver/jwt-auth/invitations if you had accepted the invitation? Additionaly I have added you as member, without the team. Probably you need to relogin into github to get it work.
