[BUG]: Harry Potter Quidditch World Cup SLES-51787: poor lighting in hardware rendering #12349

Describe the Bug

Using the software renderer, you can see a noticeable brightness as well as more defined shadows. With the hardware renderer, it doesn't look as bright and has the typical texture glitches as you can see on the left side of the image.

Not a bug PCSX2 already tells you to use full blend.
