Describe the Bug

During the cutscene where the party confronts Seymour in Macalania Temple, the audio goes out of sync after some time, particularly after Seymour says "What a pity" and raises his arm, and when Yuna brandishes her staff.

During the cutscene where the party confronts Yunalesca, the audio goes out of sync during the part where Auron strikes her with his sword and gets blasted.

Setting EE cycle rate to 50% fixed the Macalania Temple cutscene and the issue where the subtitles are out of sync in the home cutscene (#3340). For the Yunalesca cutscene keeping EE cycle rate at 100% and setting EE cycle skipping to "Moderate Underclock" fixes the issue.

On real hardware the game's framerate fluctuates in these particular cutscenes and the devs synced the audio (and subtitles in a specific one) to match the lower speed, but, since PCSX2 always maintains a steady framerate the only way to fix it is to underclock or skip EE cycles so the game slows down like on a real PS2.

This happens on all versions of the game, and has likely been around since the very first version of PCSX2.
