Describe the Bug

The option "View > Window Size > x Scale" results in shrinking window size on SW if Internal Resolution is set to higher than Native.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Boot a game
  2. Open PCSX2 Settings or Game Properties
  3. Select [4x Native] for Internal Resolution
  4. Toggle renderer (F9) if hardware renderer is selected
  5. Execute "View > Window Size > 1x Scale"
  6. Then Window Size goes shrinking (Looks like 160 x 112 on this reproduction steps)

Expected Behavior

"View > Window Size > x Scale" should not be affected by upscaling.

PCSX2 Revision

v1.7.5557 and fc2767f

Operating System

Windows 11
