OpenRepeater (v2.1.2/v2.1.3)

2.1.2 release based on 2.1.2 branch. 2.1.2 is based upon being installed on Buster OS (Debain/Raspbian 10) to add support for the Raspberry Pi 4. Other minor changes as well related to these changes. Note that 2.1.2 was officially released as an image on 8-24-2019. This release was later created on GitHub for archival reasons.

Version 2.1.3 is a minor update to 2.1.2. The primary need for this release was to upgraded the kernel to add support the Pi 4 8GB model as well as other newer board variants. It also update the build with SVXLink release 19.09.1 instead of 17.12.2 used in 2.1.2. See release notes on website for more version history. There was never a separate release created on GitHub for the 2.1.3 branch, RPI image has been added to this release instead. 2.1.3 image should be used over 2.1.2, unless need dictates otherwise. 2.1.3 was released on 3-20-2021.
