Qualification report: GOF Residual vs time plot: y axis label does not match to what is calculated as residual #953

In the attached evaluation plan (see zip-file), the GOF residual vs. time plot (Figure 3.2) has the (automatically generated ) y-axis label “log10(Observed) – log10(Simulated)”. [[At least if the figure would not have been truncated, see issue #951 for that]].
Values of ~-1 are shown which would imply a factor 10 discrepancy. However, there is not a discrepancy which is that large.
It seems that what is calculated is the difference of the natural logarithm, not log10.
Anyhow, the automatically generated y-label seems not to be consistent with what is calculated.
