Describe the bug
Open-Shell's status bar doesn't change when the system is set to dark mode. This makes it look jarring next to the rest of Windows Explorer. This is like issue #827, though this one specifically refers to the status bar.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Enable Open-Shell's status bar from its settings page.
Enable the system dark mode from Windows Settings. This will also enable dark mode for Windows Explorer.
Expected behavior
Open-Shell's status bar should also change to a darker status bar to fit with the rest of Windows Explorer. As it is right now, the status bar remains in a light theme while the rest of Windows Explorer is in dark mode.

Version:
Open-Shell: 4.4.169
OS: Windows 10 2004
