Modern task icons do not scale properly

Describe the bug
If I open a jump list of a modern app (Like snip & sketch) on a high DPI device, the icon will appear stretched.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Start menu on high DPI device
2. Open list of modern app
3. See badly scaled icon

Expected behavior
The icon should look the same as the Windows list.

Additional context
This strangely doesn't happen to all modern lists, but it happens to many. For example, Sticky Notes seems to scale better than Calculator.

Edit: I believe it actually happens to all modern tasks.
