Email template 'issue resloved' missing variables

Where are the logs in the admin page?

Problem Description:

The issue template for issue resloved some variables are not working. What I have:

<br />Hello {UserName},<br />
<br />Your issue is resolved for the {Type} {Title}.

Both UserName and Type is not working in here. In all the other templates it is working fine.

Reproduction Steps:

Create a template as above and make an issue and than resolve it.
