Ombi 3.0.2960 no longer scans second Plex Server #2038
Comments
Can you manually run the job from the plex settings and then post the result from stdout? |
Hi Jamie, if you mean "Manually Run Cacher" yes I did it but since I didn't not see any changes on the Logs (tail -f log-20180305.txt) I decided to remove the second Plex Server and re-add it again, I then runed the Cacher one more time after testing connectivity and making sure Plex Authorization Token and Machine Identifier were correct, I still don't see any activity on the Log. I only see something if I search for something. Here the latest log, I hope this is the correct log you wanted:

Are there any logs from stdout? |
how do you get those Logs? |
Hi Jamie, ok, I know what you meant. Apparently, Ombi is scanning correctly the files on the new server but it is somehow not able to show them as available since it always gives me the chance to request them. In the stdout log is clearly to see that he does the job well. Should I delete a specific .db and restart Ombi?

Here's as well a small example: Searching for the Movie "Jigsaw" which I have on the second Plex Server and the result is "Request"
Searching for the Movie "Primal Fear" which I have on the first Plex Server and the result is "Available"

Operating System:
Ubuntu 16.04 Server
Ombi Applicable Logs (from
/logs/
directory or the Admin page):Problem Description:
I have two Plex Servers, both configured under /Settings/Plex. Searching for a Movie/TV-Show before the Ombi 3.0.2960 version used to work properly and I have had always the correct results. However now with this version, I get results only from the first server, even the Movies I already have on the second server can be requested again although I already have them. I believe Ombi is ignoring the second Server even if it is properly configured.
