It takes me 15 seconds to generate cards #326

I've only been using obsidian for two months and have about 1000 notes in my vault,now It takes me 15 seconds to generate cards.
Even if I use the default settings, this speed is still this. So I'd love to know how I can be as fast as possible

I creat a new vault that only have one note. it took me only 1 seconds to generate the card, then I copied all notes of my old vault to the new vault ,Reverts to another 15 seconds so It is not caused by a plugin conflict. then I keep about 300 notes Only two notes need to be made into cards ,it took me only 8 seconds to generate the card

After I deleted the Excalidraw directory, it was reduced by 5 seconds ，so I suggest to limited to the search by folders or tags

It is recommended that you add folders or labels to limit the scope of your search

I default all my excalidraw files to Media and excluded "Media/*" to stop it from hanging

perf(tags): optimize tag updating and add single-file scan

- Improve efficiency of tag updates using updateNoteTags instead of removeTags + addTags
- Add command to scan only the current file
- Significantly reduce processing time for large vaults and tag-heavy Anki decks
- Prevent Anki crashes due to large request payloads
