LCM on javascript deps

There are quite some dependencies which require upgrading in node18:

Balancer ui:

For all work regarding request: kubernetes-client/javascript#754 should fix this.

We might have to create issues for the har-validator and uid

which are all left due to the kubernetes cli

For Balancer UI:

which is because of the sourcemap browser
