Addressing issue #5103.
The features work as expected with tools that follow the
<tool_directory>/<tool_name>/<prefix>.<tool_name>.mdconvention (raster/r.watershed/r.watershed.md), but I am working on addressing issues for other paths of docs like the scripts directory and other floating documentation.
