Since CodeQL can take anywhere from 2 weeks between releases, to three in the same week, I set the renovate schedule to run anytime during weekends, freeing CI during the week (for projects like GDAL), and is better for me to monitor than having them all on early mondays (Sunday evenings for me) with a weekly or early Monday preset (both are the same). They can still be manually requested and filed from the dependency dashboard.
