Updates for compatibility with the pending BN PR that'll make autoclave usage rely on mending a fault instead of the current process (cataclysmbnteam/Cataclysm-BN#1550). Now that that's been merged, should be ready :3

  • Harvest entries updated to use the new fault instead of the old flags.
  • Makeshift autoclave reworked to instead act as a substitute for autoclaves as tools, removing its use action.
