torque: add missing dependency, format, do minor cleanup

Add zlib to buildInputs, since the build needs it. zlib probably used to be propagated through some other dependency, that's why it built fine previously.

Other changes:

• format file
• don't use pname
• use --replace-fail instead of --replace
  • also: remove a --replace that no longer did anything
• simplify the postInstall phase

Note:
there were some dependencies that no longer seemed to be required for it to build, however I didn't want to mess with them, since I just wanted to fix the build
