Description of changes

This PR backports these three PRs:

• nixfmt-rfc-style: 2024-03-01 -> 2024-05-28 #317552
• nixfmt: unstable-2024-05-28 -> unstable-2024-07-03 #324192
• nixfmt-rfc-style: unstable-2024-07-03 -> unstable-2024-07-12 #326622

These updates contain only bug-fixes.
