Update to latest dev commit and fix configure flags for #87909.

Unfortunately the produced binary creates a window that shows this text before promptly exiting:

warning: No TTY for interactive shell (tcgetpgrp failed)
setpgid: Inappropriate ioctl for device

None of the alternative CTX_BACKENDs seem to work either.
The previous version exhibits the same behavior though.
