Additional notes for packaging

Currently kwin-lowlatency only really works for X11 so as a nice to have it would be great if kwin-lowlatency would provide a warning (or even stop installing itself) if you are using wayland instead of X11

This should probably be closed, as it was mentioned in #108987 that an overlay is probably the best way to go.

For anyone still interested, I've set up an overlay and binary cache here which I plan on keeping up-to-date for the foreseeable future.
