The UI enters a freezed state after a Core upgrade

Steps to reproduce

In Software Center run upgrade of core from 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 (for instance)

Expected behavior

Upgrade is successful and page is refreshed at the end

Actual behavior

Page displays some errors and is freezed in loading state
