What new functionality do you need?

To decrease confusion, the default APRUN defined in each .env file should be rename to APRUN_default and no longer exported.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

APRUN should only be defined in the .env files where it needs to be exported (i.e. for the prep_emissions job).

Acceptance Criteria

All jobs launch as expected.

This replaces `APRUN` with `APRUN_default` in all of the `.env` files.
