Following a discussion w/ NCO, this PR addresses their concerns and updates the suite definition and ecflow scripts to EE2 implementation standards.
Specifically, this PR:
grib2products structurefhras the forecast hour to process and use in the j-jobscycle.cycleis created in the j-job ast${cyc}z. It should not be exported from ecf.The
