Thanks Ed for figuring out how to do this. I don't use emacs so there's no way I would have found this myself. FWIW it does look like there are similar |

Part of #300.
Removed all tabs and replaces with spaces. Also deleted trailing whitespace.
This was done on each file with emacs commands:
M-x untablify
M-x delete-trailing-whitespace
No code changes in this PR, just whitespace changes to remove warnigns.
