This PR was merged into the dtc/hwrf-physics branch in PR #35. It didn't change the answer for the existing tests and can thus be merged into the master or dtc/develop branch when needed. Additional bug fixes were needed for the new regression tests that need to be merged as well, see commits a478414 and 91be9ea |

add HWRF_PBL test to rt_ccpp_hafs.conf (no changes in SDF or other run configuration required other than two namelist values - hurr_pbl = T, moninq_fac = 0.7)

Note: this test is exactly the same as for the F-A microphysics scheme except that the hurricane-specific code is executed in the hybrid EDMF PBL scheme.
