Updated modules names in MCT and NUOPC following conversation with @alperaltuntas. We decided to keep all lower case in files names. |

This PR renames modules MOM_ocean_model and MOM_surface_forcing in the NUOPC and MCT caps. As discussed in a previous MOM6 dev call, these changes are needed so that documentation for each cap can be generated via ReadtheDocs.
For consistency, I've also capitalized MOM and NUOPC in the NUOPC cap.
This PR should not change answers.
