pull #611 fixes this for CLM tutorial

Update from CISL that /glade/p/cisl is being migrated automatically to new hardware & there will be a symlink to /glade/p/cisl . Outages at some point in Feb, but closing this issue as /glade/p/cisl will still be usable.
