There are many synbiohub's, not just synbiohub.org. Therefore, any download from a SBH, should have its URI changed in a clean download. It actually should change the URI on edit, if you do not edit it (or edit part of it), it does not need its URI changed. Only then, is it a new object. |

#9 Added support for 'clean' downloads. If synbiohub uri is detected, an option to 'clean' the uri appears in the analyze sequence selection box. This changes all references to synbiohub.org to instead use seqimprove.synbiohub.org, allowing reuploads of now annotated synbiohub parts.
Version is incremented if synbiohub uri
