Sorts the story folder moves ostensibly-not-story-related things outside (to general equipment)
Adds a compile flag (which is on by default right now) which makes the game compile story items, meaning if you disable the flag you won't see any of them in loadout or whatnot
(I'd like to find a way to make this a server setting, TGS controlled or whatever, but I'm not familiar with it enough. Maybe it'll tie into the eventual json-character-item system)
