the function of creating a table for each group, validating the name of the table to protect against sql injections (read the documentation for the function) and adding a line to the Users table with a salt for the hash (will not be used at the moment, since the registration functions are not designed for it - it will be corrected later)
updating the time of the last authorization, changing the function for getting time, minor improvements to the documentation for functions
added salt in password hashing algorithm and added this salt in db.
implementation of the function of creating a table in the database for the group budget inside the application.
