About The Pull Request
Removes revolution from antag prefrences.
Why It's Good For The Game
Revolution is currently disabled in all forms except admin intervention. (Which, the reason its disabled is because admins hate them)
Similar to the sentient disease PR. Removes the TGUI Preference button from the antag panel.
All code for revolutions remains intact, for potential pr's to enable them when needed. (#5021 namely)
