Reproduction:

Herart worms (the disease from the random heart attack event) are supposed to be cured from either replacing the heart, or defibbing the patient at the last stage. This currently does not work, meaning that if the patient gets to the last stage of the disease, they will be unable to be revived without curing the disease, due to quickly very quickly dieing from a heart attack upon revival.
