Samplesheet creation now based on fastq organization in
/proj/ngi2016001/nobackup/NGI/DATA/<project>instead of/proj/ngi2016001/nobackup/NGI/ANALYSIS/<project>/fastqs.Previous versions could not handle identical filenames of fastq-files from e.g. resequencing of samples.
