Pre-Release 1.4.9-alpha

Pre-Release 1.4.9

The VBA code is already imported into the Excel, so that is the only file you'd need to extract to use the resource.

The Excel file itself is ok, but is missing several key features/automations and contains some minor inaccuracies. It's also missing helpful data protections in several sheets (no passwords - just to prevent users "breaking" things with innocuous clicks or typing).

Offline work has been tracked via the Changelog file. Future work will be trackable through commits.

Currently, all work is being performed in the ammo_automation branch until finished and merged.
