Split the limitation originator states to separate ones for min and max

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The min and max value of a product limitation can set by different originators, e.g. one by a rain sensor of a window and the other one by a user or not set at all. Especially determining the rain sensor of a Velux roof window is problematic as the combined state may be overwritten.

Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of having a single state it would be better to have one limitation originator state for the min value and another one for the max value.
