Updated text for the Employee Turnover dialog to provide clearer instructions. Changed "Employee Turnover" to "Continue", "Advance Day Regardless" to "Ignore Check", and kept "Cancel Advance Day" as "Cancel". These changes improved user understanding and streamlined the interface.
