Proposed Changes

Fixed the flaky test in groups_controller_spec.rb (called 'creates group for individual students' that did a list comparison using assert_enqueued with that cared about order, Fixed the issue by customizing assert_enqueued_with to take a "proc" (i.e., function) rather than the expected values and then using contain_exactly to compare elements.
