Hi，

There was no CV report, so I calculated the CV myself.
CV trends at the precursor and protein group levels were opposite between the two.

Protein groups median CV is greater than the precursor CV in alphadia.

HEK 293T, triplicates and obtained from astral
AlphaDIA (1.9.1) and DIA-NN (1.9)
