Add crevasse depth calving law following formulation of Nick et al. (2010) with extension to 2D by Pollard et al. (2015).
Calve when surface crevasse meets water-line, in addition to when surface + basal crevasse exceeds damage threshold.
Only allow water-filled crevasses in ablation zone. Use the sign of sfcMassBalApplied at the current time step to determine whether there is water available to fill a crevasse. If not, the surface crevasse depth is set equal to the dry crevasse depth.
Add missing density ratio to water depth term in crevasse depth eq.
