Also removes all the complicated and unnecessary code for generating the docs.

Besides the various TODOs scattered about:

  • publish examples to LyceumExamples repo
  • tag version (maybe move to Lyceum.jl so this is part of tagbot? How does Chris handle versioning?
  • Update README (include example of hosting locally with LiveServer.jl)
