Changes

• Completely rewrote the FOV modification.
  It should work on all characters in all modes now. It also gets rid of the FOV change when looking up and down which could get quite exaggerated before as you increased FOV. Let me know if you have any issues with this, it may not be perfect yet as I haven't thoroughly tested it.
