Updated CelesteWind messages to work with the new Wind node in VNyan 1.4.2
Updated CelesteHairColour messages to a format suitable for the new "Text to Color" node
Added a config file so that you can change the VNyan websocket URL and tweak the CelesteMadelineBehindVTuber feature to match your own layout
