Removing all foes from memory after combat

This is needed because
	1. First of all this saves RAM
	2. And with that I can close #55
	3. Although I refuse to call it fixed I can close #54 as well
	4. This is now logged in the correct repository as a bug as  LuaLibs/RyannaLibs#8
	5. And most of all I can go to bed now as I'm sleepy :P
