Checklist before merging

1. Update Azure configs with actual bot settings

2. Create 2 secrets in github repo (get them from Azure)
   • AZURE_DOCKER_REGISTRY_USER
   • AZURE_DOCKER_REGISTRY_PASSWORD

3. Create environment variable DOTNETRU_APP_CONFIG with connection string to Azure Config resource for local development (get from Azure)

4. Shut down previous bot instance

5. Merge PR (preferrably with squash)

6. ???

7. Send ping command to make sure it works
