Initialize queues with non-default sizes and use them in all functional tests to make sure that zero-copy serialization works.

nice, can you add flexible queue sizes to e2e tests as well?

Initialize queues with non-default sizes and use them in all functional
tests to make sure that zero-copy serialization works.
