This adds learning objectives to the readme:

Learning objectives

At the end of the session(s), learners should be able to:

understand what makes digital humanities digital
understand common definitions of research data
identify examples of digital humanities research methods
create a simple data model of relations among up to five types of entities
understand how this simplified model approaches reality and how inaccuracies influence the model's power to answer questions
identify the Centres for Digital Scholarship and Humanities as points of help for DH research

Because they are still suggestions, I put them in this PR for discussion.
