Fishernet fails on almost half of the intensity grid. Thus, this is a bug of the delaunay triangulation feature of QGIS, the issue is tracked here: qgis/QGIS#52172

Fixed in QGIS Version 3.34.0 nightly and 3.35.0 nightly builds
