Add status subresources to Kong CRDs, following the example at kubernetes/sample-controller@ad67096
Remove deprecated 0.x.x flags. Remove logic for giving deprecated flags precedence. Update docs to mention modern flags only. From #866
This commit removes workarounds in the code to keep supporting Kong 1.x series. The controller is now compatible with Kong 2.x only.
