###Application to shift a letter by several characters to encode and decode message. Latest Version dated 13-MAY-2022.
Ceaser-Cipher is a command line application created to encode and decode messages using a shifting mechanism by a certain number between 1 & 25. This shifts the letters of the alphabet by the input number and can also be decoded by the same number.
- No installation required.
- Run through command line by compiling and then running App.
- Run using IntelliJ which will build the gradle and help you run and do test for the App.

- App does not encode numbers or integers correctly and therefore need to be captured as their word equivalent.
