Cold War Progression v0.2.0 Alpha (SAVE BREAKING)

Changelog:

-Added support for several mods, including USI-LS, Airplane Plus, and more.
-Completely revamped Aero tree for a more flexible and intuitive experience.
-Updated support for several mods, including Cormorant, BDB, Coatl, and Tantares.
-Added some new icons and descriptions.

Problems:

-Still a rather empty tree post-moon, for both probes and spacecraft.
-Still missing icons on most of the US tree.
-Still only a placeholder "international" (ESA) tree.
-Confusing and daunting as ever.

Cold War Progression v0.1.0 Alpha

It's almost there! CWP is finally nearing a complete state, and is now playable and stable enough for regular use. However, some things remain to be finished, including:

• Node Icons & Descriptions
• Post-lunar probes
• Part Upgrades

Any help, whether it's reporting a bug or making a pull request for a new feature, is greatly appreciated!
