I've been coding since I was a child. I've always loved it, even to the point of getting in trouble in class for writing python scripts instead of doing work! I started with JavaScript, and I've learned in great depth the Web Development area of programming. I have since learned languages like HTML, CSS, SQL, Mocha, and Jest and I dabble in other languages such as PHP, C#, and Shopify Liquid. I've also learned many frameworks, libraries, and CSS Preprocessors like Vue, React, Bootstrap, Tailwind, and SASS. I have experience (shown here on my github portfolio) in advanced web development concepts like SEO, WCAG 2.0 standards, OWASP standards, W3C standards, Reactive and Responsive Design, and REST API development. My schooling through OpenClassrooms was Project Based Learning focused. This means I received an email with project requirements, and had to build the project based off of what I received. While I was given courses to help guide me in what I needed to learn, it was also partially self taught. Then I had to compress the files and send them to my assessor as deliverables. Then I had a presentation of my project, describing both the website and the code behind it. I backed up my decisions I made in the coding process with evidence and research.
